TS-364 User Guide 1. Preface About This Guide This guide provides information about the device and step-by-step instructions on installing the hardware. It also provides instructions on basic operations and troubleshooting information. Audience This document is intended for consumers and storage administrators. This guide assumes that the user has a basic understanding of storage and backup concepts.
This chapter provides basic information about the QNAP device. About the TS-364 The TS-364 is equipped with an Intel® Celeron® N5105/N5095 quad-core processor (up to 2.9 GHz burst) and can support up to 16 GB of DDR4 memory. The HDMI connections provide 4k multimedia output and the USB One Touch Copy feature allows for easy data backup and synchronization.

When using two modules, use only QNAP modules of the same type and capacity to maintain system performance and stability.
