Safety warnings
1. This machine is not intended for use by children and persons with reduced physical,
sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge.
2. Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the machine.
WARNING! Your safety and the safety of others is very important. Of course,
it is not practical or possible to warn you about all the hazards associated with
operating or maintaining this machine. At all times you must use your own
good judgment.
Training
Read the instructions carefully. Be familiar with the controls and the proper use of the
machine.
Preparation
1. Never allow children or people unfamiliar with these instructions or children to use
the machine. Local regulations can restrict the age of the operator.
2. Never operate the machine while people, especially children, or pets are nearby.
3. Keep in mind that the operator or user is responsible for accidents or hazards
occurring to other people or their property.
4. Wear ear protection and safety glasses at all times while operating the machine.
5. Always wear substantial footwear and long trousers while operating the machine.
Do not operate the machine when barefoot or wearing open sandals.
6. Thoroughly inspect the area where the machine is to be used and remove all stones,
sticks, wires, bones and other foreign objects.

• refuel outdoors only and do not smoke while refuelling,
• add fuel before starting the engine. Never remove the cap of the fuel tank or add
petrol while the engine is running or when the engine is hot,
• if petrol is spilled, do not attempt to start the engine but move the machine away
from the area of spillage and avoid creating any source of ignition until petrol
vapours have dissipated.
8. Replace all fuel tanks and bottle caps securely.
9. Do not attempt to tackle any job that you are not adequately trained for.
