If the whole image or part of the image remains still, the screen will gradually become darker to
reduce image retention. This is a feature to protect the panel, and is not a malfunction.

If the TV is turned on, the AC power cord (mains lead) is unplugged, or the ambient temperature falls
outside of the range between 10°C (50°F) and 40°C (104°F) during the panel refresh, the process will
not complete and this message will appear. Start the procedure again from the beginning.
Hint
Depending on your model, a panel refresh may take up to an hour to complete.
