・ Check the following points before contacting us for repair or service.
・ If the problem is not resolved by the following measures, turn off the power switch and contact a trained technician or your
dealer.
Turn off the power switch and unplug the power cord before starting work.
If you step on the treadboard accidentally, the sewing machine may operate and cause injury.

tension too strong?
Adjust the needle thread tension and bobbin thread tension.
・ Is the timing of the needle and feed appropriate?

Polish each thread guide with fine paper file or buffing, etc.
・ Are there bad slippage of the bobbin?
Pull out the bobbin thread and check if there is any unevenness
in the tension of the thread. Replace the bobbin or bobbin case.

Replace the needle if it is bent or crushed.

If it is wrong, attach the needle correctly.

・ Is the presser foot pressure too weak?
Adjust the presser foot pressure.
・ Check if the needle is too fine.
Replace with a thicker 1-rank needle.
・ Check if the presser foot is floating.
Adjust the height of the presser foot.
・ Check if the thread take-up spring is too weak.
Adjust the strength of the thread take-up spring.
・ Check that the timing of the needle and the hook are correct.
Adjust the height of the needle bar.
Adjust the gap between the needle and the hook tip.
