TROUBLESHOOTING GUIDE
Before carrying out any of the following service checks, unplug the unit from the power outlet.
PROBLEM
Panel heater does not
operate
Panel heater is not
heating
E1 or E2 is displayed on
the display screen
E3 is displayed on the
display screen
E4 is displayed on the
display screen
Heater is not appearing
in the app or shows
offline.

POSSIBLE CAUSES
The power plug is not
properly plugged in.
Panel heater main power
switch is not in the ON
position.
Panel heater is tilted.
Panel heater is overheated.
The ambient temperature
is higher than the preset
temperature.
Panel heater is faulty.
There is a problem with the
circuit.
The ambient temperature is
too low.
The panel heater interior
temperature is too high.
The heater has been turned
off or disconnected from the
power.
WHAT TO DO
Check the power plug
Make sure mechanical switch of side panel
stays on "ON"
Place the panel heater upright
Unplug from the outlet, and ensure the
air inlet and outlet are clean and free of
blockage. Cool down the panel heater
completely and turn it on.
Adjust to a higher temperature setting

Use the panel heater at room temperature
The heater will not operate in extreme
temperatures. Ensure the room ambient
temperature is between 5 to 35°C when
operating the panel heater
Unplug the panel heater, clean or clear any
blockages if any, and let the panel heater
cool down to room temperature before
turning it on.
Reposition the panel heater such that it is
in a safe position.
Re-pair the panel heater with the app.
