5. Taking Snapshots
When you power on Compact 8, Live view is the default. The screen
shows wherever the Compact 8 camera is currently focused. You are
in Live view until you take a snapshot, which freezes the image on the
screen. Snapshots allow you to take your time studying objects in more
detail.
To take a snapshot:
1. Center the image you want to save.
2. Hold the device steady. Movement can blur the image.
3. Tap the screen to display the button bars.
