6. Tap the Time box to highlight it and display the fields where you set
hours and minutes.
7. Tap 12 or 24 to set whether you want to use a 12-hour clock with
AM and PM or a 24-hour clock.

To automatically set the values and return to the previous
screen, tap anywhere in the left portion of the screen with an
arrow.
10. Repeat the previous step to return to Live view. The clock now
reflects the updated time and date.
Caution: Do not rely on the time or date function in this device for any
medical decisions, such as when to take your medication. The feature
is for your convenience and is not set automatically.
