FCC Part 15 information note: This equipment has been
tested by the manufacturer and found to comply with the

This guide is intended to help the user commission the
ASPMETER panelboard monitoring system for operation.
It is assumed that the user has already installed the meter
according to the instructions in the ASPMETER installation
guide.
