ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
MODEL: PPPSTRAIGHT
Before assembly, please remove all parts from carton, verifying that you have the correct quantities, and read all the insructions.

In the Carton :

Self drilling screw
@ #6x1/2" = 28 pcs
M6x16 bolt
qty = 6 pcs
1. Lay the panels down on a flat clean surface for assembly
2. Remove the end caps (side trim) from the panels from both sides of each panel
3. Install 5 of the nylon clips face up (see image to the right) to the side being joined on one of the panels
a. Screw the nylon clips to the panels using 2 of the #6 x ½" Self drilling screws. There will be 3 holes
drilled in a triangular shape – leave the center hole empty
4. Install 5 of the nylon clips face down (see image to the right) to the side being joined on the other panel
a. Screw the nylon clips to the panels using 2 of the #6 x ½" Self drilling screws. There will be 3 holes
drilled in a triangular shape – leave the center hole empty
5. Install the V Base Castor Leg to the outside of the 2 connected panels,
following the instructions outlined in the V Base Leg, model #
PPPDELFOOTCPR, (sold separately).
6. Re-attach panel side trims to the outsides of the panels (the same sides
the V Base Caster Leg is on)
ATTENTION
! !
Ensure all bolts and screws are tightened, check bolts and screws every 6 months.
If any parts are missing, broken, damaged or worn, stop use of product until repairs have been made using factory authorized parts.
Failure to follow these warnings may result in injury.
