7.2 Sensors Attached on Front Cover
7.2.1 ① UNIT_CLIFF SENSOR (ToF)
1. Disconnect 2 connectors to the sensor.
2. Release 4 screws.
3. Pull up the unit to disassemble.
4. Replace the unit with a new one by following the disassembly steps in reverse order.
7.2.2 ② UNIT_SONAR_SENSOR (W238)
1. Disconnect the connector to the sensor.
2. Release 4 screws.
3. Pull up the unit to disassemble.
4. Replace the unit with a new one by following the disassembly steps in reverse order.
7.2.3 ③ UNIT_SONAR_SENSOR (HC-SR04)
1. Disconnect the connector to the sensor.
2. Release 4 screws.
3. Pull up the unit to disassemble.
4. Replace the unit with a new one by following the disassembly steps in reverse order.
7.2.4 ④ UNIT_CAMERA_ASSY
3D RealSense
1. Disconnect the connector to the sensor.
2. Release 2 screws
3. Pull up the unit to disassemble.
4. Replace the unit with a new one by following the disassembly steps in reverse order.
Astra Camera
1. Disconnect the connector to the sensor.
2. Release 2 screws with loctite242.
3. Pull up the unit to disassemble.
4. Replace the unit with a new one by following the disassembly steps in reverse order.
7.2.5 ⑤ UNIT_LED_ASSY
1. Disconnect the connector to the sensor.
2. Release 2 screws.
3. Pull up the unit to disassemble.
4. Replace the unit with a new one by following the disassembly steps in reverse order.
