Setting the language
The converter has two display languages.
1. Press <S> for approx. 2 seconds to switch the display language.
2. Press <S> again for approx. 2 seconds to switch back to the original display language.
This switchover is only temporary, and only acts until the supply voltage is switched off/on
the next time.
You can apparently switch over the language using parameter P-EXTRAS:Language.
You can download further display languages using the PC tool "IMS":
1. Launch the PC tool "IMS" and connect the converter to the PC.
2. Select a language using the software "IMS" under "Online functions, Transfer language...".
Note
Loss of a display language
Every new display language transmitted to the converter overwrites one of the existing
languages.

Setting the date and time
The correct device time facilitates faster troubleshooting.
Faults that occur in operation are saved to an event memory with the associated date and
time.
Set the actual time and date under P-EXTRAS:Date or Time.
• The current time of the testing date is set as CET at the factory.
• Winter and Summer time are not taken into account.

Setting the level of detail of the inverter menu
In parameter P-EXTRAS:Menu, set the resolution depth of the converter menu to change the
number of visible menus and parameters and increase the degree of transparency.
