first consult with an authorised Excel Mobility dealer. The warranty is only valid during the specified period and is only
valid in the Netherlands. If adjustments have been made to the scooter that have a structural influence on the product,
the warranty will become void in full. You can contact Excel Mobility for the extended warranty and delivery conditions
and a list of authorised dealers.
For warranty service, contact your authorised dealer where you bought your Excel scooter. If they do not help you to
your satisfaction, you can contact Excel Mobility directly. Our contact data can be found on the back of this manual.
Tip
Maintenance is not covered by the warranty. Your dealer may deviate from the maintenance interval.
