    Maintenance schedule For an optimal lifespan of your scooter, we recommend that you have your scooter checked by an authorised Excel Mobility dealer at least once a year. The maintenance schedule in the supplied maintenance booklet must be used. The intensity of use of the scooter can vary greatly from person to person.
  • Page 21 Problem analysis and solutions There may be problems while using your Excel scooter. The fault diagnosis system below indicates what is going on by means of a fault code. This fault code is expressed in a number of beep signals. This means that your scooter gives a number of beeps, the lights flash at the same time and at the top of the display of the dashboard is a wrench symbol.
