Ingredients
Fries
3 Large Russet Potatoes
1 Tbsp Salt
Vegetable Oil, for deep frying
Batter
1 Cup Water
3/4 Cup Flour
1 Tbsp Paprika
1 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
1/4 Onion Powder
1/2 Tsp Cayenne
1/2 Tsp Fresh Ground Black Pepper

Curly Fries

1.
Wash and spiralize potatoes. Add salt and warm
water to the bowl until fries are covered. Let sit for
30 - 60 minutes.

For the Batter: Add all ingredients in a large bowl
and mix to combine.

Add about 3 inches of oil to a large heavy bottomed
pot and preheat to 350°F over medium heat.
4.
Transfer Fries to batter and coat evenly, cutting
any extra long pieces.
5.
Fry in batches 3-5 minutes per batch. Shake off
excess batter before frying.
6.
Let cool on tray with cooling rack or paper towels
before serving.
