2 Cups Fresh Basil Leaves
3 Cloves Garlic (Peeled)
1/4 Cup Pine Nuts (or Walnuts)
(Pine Nuts can be toasted in
oven for several minutes)
2 Tbsp Parmesan Cheese
Salt and Pepper to Taste
1/2 Cup Olive Oil (or Garlic Oil)

Place basil, garlic, pine nuts, cheese, salt and
pepper in Bosch Food Processor.
2. Process until a thick paste is formed.
3.
With machine running, slowly add olive oil, (1 Tbsp
at a time). Mixture should be smooth.
4. Refrigerate and use as desired.
