Installing the blade:
Remove the nut by turning it clockwise. Remove the washer from the moulded plate, remove the
spacer. Install the triple blade on the drive shaft axle. Install the spacer, then install the washer from the
pressed plate. Lock the cutting attachment drive axis with a hex key. Screw the nut 5 with the supplied
spanner counter-clockwise. Diagram: 1 hex key, 2 washer, 3 triple arm blade, 4 spacer, 5 moulded plate
washer, 6 nut.
Carrying strap:
Before working, properly adjust the carrying strap or harness to fit the user
The strap should be positioned so that, with the strap on the left shoulder, the strap hook be mounted
on the scythe extension at the height of the right hip. The harness is placed on the left arm and the hip
guard on the right side of the operator, where the scythe suspension point is located. This cover
protects the user against vibrations from the working scythe and also prevents contact with the
scythe.
