Installation and start up

The machine must be installed by professional personnel. All connections must be carried out according to current
regulations, and in full observance of safety laws (CEI 26-36 and IEC/EN 60974-9).
Make sure that the mains voltage matches the voltage indicated on the specifications plate of the power
source
Connect a plug of adequate capacity for the current consumption I1 indicated on the data plate.
Make sure that the yellow/green conductor of the power cable is connected to the plug's earth contact.
The capacity of the overload cut-out switch or fuses, positioned between the power supply network and the power
source, must be adequate for current I1 consumed by the power source.
The power source is turned on and off using switch F.
If accessories are present in the welding system, they must be connected to the power source before powering
up. Connecting/disconnecting accessories while the power source is switched on leads to system malfunctions
and under extreme circumstances could compromise the integrity of the welding system. CEBORA SpA does not
provide warranty coverage for inappropriate use of the welding system.
The use of non-original accessories may compromise the correct operation of the power source and even the
integrity of the system, rendering any warranty and liability cover that CEBORA S.p.A. may provide for the welding
power source null and void.
Position the welding machine so as to allow the free circulation of air inside and, as much as possible,
prevent metal or other dusts from entering. Position the welding machine in an area that ensures good stability.
The weight of the welding machine is approximately 102 Kg. Only skilled personnel should install the machine. All
connections must be carried out in compliance with current standards (IEC/CEI EN 60974-9) and in full observance
of current safety laws. Make sure that the supply voltage corresponds to the rated voltage of the welding machine.
The protection fuses must be sized according to the details shown on the technical data plate. Mount the plug on the
power cord, being especially carefully to connect the yellow/green conductor to the earth conductor.
This welding machine has been designed to contemporarily mount 3 welding torches and 3 coils of wire having a
diameter of MAX 200 mm/8".
This machine cannot weld with the 3 torches at the same time To select the torch to be used, press and
quickly release the relevant torch trigger.
The rear shelf can hold 2 cylinders having diameter MAX (180 mm - 7.1 in) and height MAX (1000 mm
- 39.4 in) or only 1 cylinder having diameter MAX (220 mm – 8.7 in) and height MAX (1600 mm – 63 in).
The cylinders must be firmly fixed to the cylinder support by means of the belts provided.
The gas cylinder must be equipped with a pressure regulator and a gauge. Only after positioning the cylinder, connect
the outgoing gas hose from the rear panel of the machine to the pressure regulator.
Open the mobile lateral side, mount the wire coil on its support, insert the wire coming out of the wire coil into the gear
motor, and make sure that wire type and diameter are the same as drive roller ones.
The wire must be aligned with the roller groove and come out of the adapter C. Close the drive arm, fit the welding
torch and the earth cable on socket D. After fitting the coil and torch, switch on the machine, select the appropriate
