Features and Sequences
Auto mode:
■
Once the door switch is opened, the air curtain
will run at best optimum/efficient speed and
provide effective barrier. The efficient speed is
actively calculated based on the environment
and conditions in the facility. If it is too hot
outside and normal inside, the blower speed will
be more, as compared to if the temperature
outside and inside is almost the same.
■
After the door switch is closed the air curtain
will run for the time delay before shutting off.
The air curtain is intelligently monitoring the
traffic and calculating time delay.

The heating coils will run intelligently as
required by temperature difference b/w
Inside or Outside Temp
BMS Connectivity:

Space Heating Mode:
■
Once put in space heating mode, the air
curtain continuously tries to maintain the
desired set point temperature. If the door switch
is opened, the air curtain resumes Auto/ON
operation and once the door switch is closed,
the air curtain resumes space heating.
Variable Mounting Height:
Adjust the mounting height from 10ft – 14ft

Insect Control Mode:
■
Available for all models with a touch of a
button. Insect control effective for mounting
heights 10ft - 13ft. At 14ft mounting height,
marginal insect control available.
Manual Mode:
■
Speed – User can select speed control (stepless
50-100%) from the HMI. Once the door switch is
opened, the air curtain will run at the selected
speed. After the door switch is closed, the air
curtain will run for the manual time delay before
shutting Off.
Heat – User can select 2 Step heat level (Low
■
and High Heat)
■
Manual Time Delay – The user can input manual
time delay in seconds. The air curtain will run for
the specified time after the door switch is closed.
It will ignore the Intelligent traffic monitoring
calculations.
Scheduling:
■
Air curtain will have 2 periods (Morning and
Night) and can be scheduled for a week. The
user can set the desired temperature and AUTO/
ON/OFF for the air curtain
Auto cut-off:
■
If in any point of time the air curtain runs for more
than 8 hrs., it is probably due to door switch stuck
open and air curtain shuts off.

An alarm notification will be displayed on the
touch screen interface
