Voice Office Application Suite
(353) If the Application Gateway is unaware of a phone's DN and the
•
phone attempts to access the Application Gateway, the phone will not
be included in the available extensions list on Operation > Voice Office
> Zone Paging after a synchronization with the signaling server.
Workaround: Reboot the Application Gateway to refresh the available
extensions list.
(370) The Application Gateway does not display the custom
•
Application Menu label or custom Exit keys on IP Phone 2007 in GXAS
mode.
(701) If a phone is unable to reach the Application Gateway and also
•
displays the results of Voice Office activity performed on another
phone, restart the Application Gateway.
(704) After the Application Gateway restarts, an IP Phone 2007 in
•
GXAS mode cannot reconnect to the Application Gateway.
Workaround: To reconnect to the Application Gateway, either pick up
the phone's handset or reboot the phone.
(760) If a Nortel IP telephone user hangs up the handset when viewing
•
the Express Directory or the Visual Voicemail messages list, the
telephone exits from the voice office application and returns to the
main Nortel display.
Workaround: Press the feature key to return to the Voice Office
application.
(3841) The behavior of an Exit soft key added to the Voice Office Menu
•
differs for GXAS and XAS modes. For GXAS, the Exit soft key always
returns the user to the telephony system, even if a URL is specified.
For XAS, the Exit soft key always leads to the specified URL, even if
no URL is specified.
(3862) If the datasource server is unreachable after an Application
•
Gateway upgrade, licensed phones are unable to reconnect to the
Application Gateway until the datasource server is back online and
the Application Gateway resynchronizes with it.
