Stop network elements

Stop network elements from the MCS Management Console.
Approximate time estimate = 10 minutes
Stop network elements in the following order:
1. UFTP
2. IP Client Manager
3. Provisioning Manager
4. Session Manager
5. Accounting Manager

Close the Database Instance Monitor window and the database
Monitor window.
Action
Log on to the Management Console as admin.
Expand the Network Elements folder.
Expand the folder for the type of network element you want to stop.
Expand the folder for the specific network element you want to stop.
Click the NE Maintenance node.
Select an instance in the ACTIVE state and click the Stop button.
When the instance stops, the state changes to OFFLINE.
Close the Management Console.
