General rules of thumb:
1. When you turn on mower, you should hear a "clunk" when
the relay engages. and also when you turn off the mower
and the relay disengages.
2. If headlights work, the relay is good
3. If the relay "chatters", ensure all
nuts are securely tightened on the relay
