CAP HOUSING (R) SUB ASSY (R-ch)

1 Set the cap housing (R)
sub assy facing up.
– R-ch –
Note 2: Insert the jig from here.
4 Remove the cap ring and
cap housing (R) sub assy
in the direction of the arrow.

Note 1: When using a jig, please work
so as not to injure cap ring.

3 All claws are removed while moving jig
2 Insert the jig into the cap housing (R)
sub assy and raise it.

When disassembling the unit, use the following jig.

9-913-402-33 TOOL FOR DISASSEMBLING
in the direction of the arrow, and cap
housing (R) sub assy is removed.
Note 3: When installing the cap housing (R) sub assy,
align four claws of cap housing (R) sub assy
with four holes of front (R) plate.

5 cap ring
Note 4: When installing the cap ring,
align three pins of cap ring with
three holes of front (R) plate.
