Fault Finding
Fault
Main burner will not light.
Pilot flame yellow / lazy.
Burner does not burn correctly (roar / light
back / incorrect colour).

Possible Cause
Incorrect supply pressure.
Wrong size or blocked main burner
injector.
Small pilot flame.
(Refer fault: Small Pilot Flame).
Faulty gas control.
(Refer Fault Diagnosis 5.2.3)
Gas pressure incorrect.
Restriction in pilot injector or aeration.
Incorrect supply pressure.
Incorrect main injector size.
Burner faulty.

Remedy
Check supply correct pressure.
Replace / clean main burner injector.
(Refer Service Section 6.2.5).
Correct fault.
Replace gas control valve.
(Refer Service Section 6.2.7).
Check gas supply pressure.
(Refer Specifications Section).
Clean or replace injector as required.
(Refer Service Section 6.2.2).
Check supply pressure.
Check main injector size and replace if
required.
(Refer Service Section 6.2.5).
Replace burner.
(Refer Service Section 6.2.6).
