To demount the blade, use screwdriver to hold flange and pin to release nut, the blade can be taking off.
Warning! Please make sure the cutting head has been assembled correctly before use!
f. Cutting head for grass trimmer
- Align the two holes of the flange and the pin.
- Use a tool to hold the flange. Loosen the nut, use a wrench if necessary.
- Then remove the bell and the outer flange. Place the cutting head on the tool and screw it on.
To demount the nylon cutting head, use a screwdriver to hold flange and then rotate the nylon cutting
head clockwise.
g. Mounting the hedge trimmer

Install the bar of the main unit. Make sure the locking pin is inserted into the bar hole.

Fasten the bar by turning the nut counter clockwise.
Adjusting of the position
1. Press the release / safety plate to loosen and turn the unit to the desired position depending on the
nature of the work to be performed.
2. Loosen the release / safety plate ensuring that the cutting accessories are securely in place and
secured.
h. Fitting the cutter bar and the chain
•
Remove the chain wheel cover (J) by undoing the fastening nut (I). Lay the chain (F) as shown into the
groove which runs around the cutter bar (E).

Note the alignment of the chain teeth. Insert the cutter bar into the mount at the gear unit.
•
Place the chain round the chain wheel (H). Make sure that the teeth of the chain engage securely in
the chain wheel. The cutter bar must be hooked into the chain tensioning bolt (G).

Fit the chain wheel cover
