I am having a problem with the arm moving alone, I dont think is a gas problem since its moving to the sides, both where the monitor and the arm
On the image I tell which parts are moving, I already tried making the screws stronger and weaker and none helped me

The HUANUO HNWDS1 arm may move on its own if the gas spring tension is not properly adjusted. If the monitor rises by itself, the arm tension is too high. If it falls, the tension is too low.
To fix this: - If the monitor rises, press the arm to a horizontal position and use the large Allen key (M-F1) to turn the bolt clockwise (“-” direction) to reduce tension. - If the monitor falls, lift the arm to a horizontal position and turn the bolt counter-clockwise (“+” direction) to increase tension.
Adjust only until the monitor stays at the desired height on its own.

Read your monitor box or manual to find out monitor net weight. 3. Ensure the net weight of monitor (including accessories) is within 4.4-17.6 Ibs (2-8 kg).
