Setting General preferences

You can set Dana's auto shutoff interval, alarm options, and sounds. You
can also prohibit anyone from beaming information to Dana.
1. Press the apps key.
2. Tab to highlight the Preferences Application, then press the enter
key.
3. While continuously holding down the function key: Tab to the pick
list in the upper right corner and press enter, then arrow to Gen-
eral and press enter.

Note: You can set alarms to notify you of entries in your Clock,
Date Book and Note Pad applications. See the Dana User's
Guide for details.

Changing Formats preferences

Use the Formats Preferences screen to set the country default and the dis-
play format of the dates, times, and numbers on Dana.
