SERVICE INFORMATION NO: 016

1. Turn off the machine at main plug or rear switch

2. Remove and empty the dreg drawer of pods and water and reinsert

3. Pour exactly 1.5 litres of warm water into the water tank. Do not fill

4. Carefully empty 1 sachet of Expressokleen powder into the water. This is

available free from Bluepod. Do not use other descaling products, you

may damage the machine

5. Carefully stir, make sure the powder is fully dissolved

6. Press and hold

7. The machine will say 'Date & Time'. Now release

8. Press

9. Press

10. Press

11. Press sequentially

12. The machine may display 'Cooling' or 'Warming'

13. When 'Insert descaler' is displayed, press

14. This stage will take approx 30 minutes..

until '4. Descale' is displayed

to display '4.1 Qty to Descale'

until '4.3 Do it now' is displayed

followed by
