Grupa R557 lub R557F umożliwia dystrybucje
czynnika grzewczego w instalacji grzewczej
płaszczyznowej o zadanej temperaturze roboczej,
ustawionej za pomocą głowicy termostatycznej
R462L, poprzez pobranie z obiegu pierwotnego
temperatury wyższej, potrzebnej do pracy innych
odbiorników (np. grzejników).

• Ciecze: woda, roztwór glikolu (maks. 30 %)
• Zakres temperatury: 5÷110 °C
• Maks. ciśnienie robocze: 10 bar
• Temperatura wody zasilającej: 75÷80 °C
• Temperatura robocza przy
niskotemperaturowej: 40÷45 °C (pozycja 2,5/3
głowicy termostatycznej R462L).
• Zakres temperatury głowicy termostatycznej
R462L 20÷70 °C
• Robocza różnica temperatur ΔT: 6÷7 °C
• Odległość między osiami obwodów: 50 mm
• Skala przepływomierzy: 0,5÷5 l/min (dla
R557F)

Temperatura zasilania instalacji płaszczyznowej
ustawiana jest przez ustawienie
termostatycznej R462L zgodnie z tabelą poniżej.
Aby uniknąć ingerencji w pozycję głowicy
użyj metalowej nakrętki pierścieniowej
zablokowania wstępnego ustawienia głowicy.

R557 or R557F manifold permits distributing the
heating fluid in the circuits of the radiant heating
system at a prefixed working temperature, set
through R462L thermostatic head, by drawing from
a primary circuit at higher temperature, needed for
the operation of other users (for example radiators).

Regulation of R462L thermostatic

head
The delivery temperature of the radiant system is
głowicy predetermined by positioning R462L thermostatic
head according to the table below.
To avoid possible tampering of the position, by
do using the proper metallic bush, it is possible
making a locking of the head.

Colectoarele R557F și R557 permit distribuirea
fluidului de încălzire în circuitele sistemului
de încălzire radiant la o temperatură de lucru
presetată, reglată cu ajutorul capului termostatic
R462L, prin amestecul fluidului dintr-un circuit
primar la temperatură mai mare, necesar
pentru funcționarea altor utilizatori (de exemplu
calorifere), cu fluidul din retur.

• Domeniu de temperatură: 5÷110 °C
• Presiunea maximă de lucru: 10 bar
• Temperatura de alimentare: 75÷80 °C
• Temperatura de lucru a sistemului radiant cu
temperatura scăzută: 40÷45 ° C (poziția 2,5/3 din
R462L cap termostatic)
• Cap termostatic R462L, limită de temperatură cu
un interval de 20÷70 °C
• Diferenţă temperatură de lucru ΔT: 6÷8 °C
• Distanța între centrele racordurilor de ieșire: 50 mm

Reglarea capului termostatic

R462L
Temperatura fluidului de încălzire a sistemului
radiant este predeterminată prin poziționarea
capului termostatic
corespondențelor din tabelul de mai jos.
Pentru a evita posibila modificare a poziției, prin
utilizarea bucșei metalice corespunzătoare, este
posibilă realizarea unei blocări a capului.
