2. Locate the inflation valve on the white area of the bladder.
3. Push the centre of the valve in and turn anti-clockwise to lock the valve
open to deflate the bladder.
4. Squeeze bladder to expel the remainder of the air inside.
5. Pull bladder out.
Holes in the bladders can be repaired using the kit provided. The kit should be used
as follows:

POWER SERVICES
1. Clean the area around the damage with thinners.
2. Cut a piece of Hypalon from the repair kit large enough to cover the damage
by 2" all round.
3. Cover the damaged area with the patch and draw round it.
4. Using sand paper, or an electric buffer if you have one, roughen the area
where the patch is to be stuck and roughen the back of the patch.
5. Clean both surfaces off with thinners.
6. Open the tin of glue and the small bottle of catalyst. Pour the contents of the
catalyst bottle into the glue tin and stir well.
7. Apply glue around the damage and to the back of the patch. Leave for
about 20 minutes.
8. Apply a second coat of glue to both surfaces and leave until touch dry.
9. Firmly stick the patch over the damage.
10. Using a boning tool rub over the entire area of the repair on a firm surface to
ensure the best possible adhesion.
11. Clean off any excess glue with thinners to finish the job.
To replace a bladder:
1. Roll the bladder up and insert into tube outer skin.
2. Centralise white area of bladder with inflation valve in with the zip.
3. Ensure the centre of the valve is fully out.
4. Slowly inflate the bladder using bellows ensuing that it does not twist out of
position.
5. Stop inflating bladder when the relief valve blows.
