Set up and connect the device
Caution!
Property and equipment damage
Overheating of the device can cause the

inlet on the device free during operation
and ensure adequate ventilation in the

Set up the device as follows:
1.
Set up the device on a clean, level and
firm surface.
2.
Check the alignment of the device with
a spirit level.
3.
If necessary, realign the device by
turning the device feet. You can now
connect the device.
Hints
All device feet must be firmly on the
floor.
If the devices are incorrectly aligned,
noises, vibrations and an uneven drum
run can occur and residual water may
leak out of the device.

Improper installation of the device is
dangerous. Make sure of the following:
The mains voltage at your socket outlet
and the voltage information on the
device (device label) must match. The
connection values and the required
fuse are specified on the rating plate.
The device may only be connected to
alternating voltage via a properly
installed protective contact socket. This
socket must be freely accessible at all
times.
The mains plug and the protective
contact socket must match and the
earthing system must be installed
according to regulations.
The installation must have a
sufficiently large cable cross-section.
The power plug must be freely
accessible at all times. If this is not
possible, a switch (2-pole
disconnection) must be installed in the
fixed installation in order to comply
with the relevant safety regulations in
accordance with the regulations for
electrical installation.
When using a residual current circuit
breaker, only one type with the symbolz
can be used. Only this symbol
guarantees compliance with the
current regulations.
