The transmitter and receiver are synchronized, but there is
no connection.
• Install antennas correctly on the receiver (EW-D EM: „Con-
necting antennas" | EW-DX EM 2: „Connecting antennas")
• EW-D: Use the scan function to find a free channel („AUTO
SCAN menu item") and synchronize the transmitter again

• EW-DX: Using the Auto Setup function, find a free channel
(„Ch 1 / Ch 2 -> Scan / Auto Setup menu item") and resyn-
chronize the transmitter („Establishing a radio link | Syn-

The display on the receiver shows radio levels even though
the paired transmitter is not switched on.
