Possible cause
No sample found in the analysis
vessel at the start of the analysis.
Dispenser is defective
There is no pressurized air.
The external components are
defective (e.g., flow sensor, air
pressure sensor)
There is a mistake in the
programming of the calculation
result or when the infinite result was
measured (divide by 0).
The method was started with no
streams selected in the automatic
sequence.
The battery in the display is
discharged. Time and date settings
can be lost when power is removed.
Solution
• Examine if there is sample in the
sample line. Make sure that there
is not a blockage in the tubing.
Make sure that the valves are
operating correctly. Examine if
the pinch valve tubing has a
leakage or does not stay closed.
• Make sure that there is sufficient
sample in the vessel and the
photometer operates correctly.
Examine the dispenser. Push F2 >
Dispenser to start the dispenser
again.
Examine if the pressurized air is
connected and set to on.
Examine the connection and status
of the components.
Examine the calculation formulas
and the measurement (AI).
Push F1 > Method > Playlist >
Automatic sequence and select
one or more stream for the method.
Replace the battery in the display.
