To make the adjustment you shall loosen bolts A and change the spatial position
of the exhaust pipe:
- to increase the size of metal hose 4, move exhaust pipe away from the tractor's
longitudinal axis;
- to decrease the size of metal hose 4, shift the exhaust pipe towards the longitudi-
nal axis of the tractor;
- to ensure the straightness of metal hose 4, move the exhaust pipe along its verti-
cal axis and rotate it around its vertical axis until the metal hose is straight.
If it is impossible to provide the size of 250±10 mm of the metal hose by adjusting
the position of exhaust pipe 3, it is additionally required to adjust the spatial position of
the muffler.
In order to adjust muffler 1 it is required to loosen bolts B, which allows moving
the muffler along the plane of its adherence to exhaust manifold 5. Moving the exhaust
pipe towards the tractor's longitudinal axis increases the size of metal hose 4. Moving the
exhaust pipe away from the tractor's longitudinal axis reduces the size of metal hose 4.
After adjusting the correct installation of the exhaust system pipe, tighten bolts А
and B.
The tightening torque for bolts А and B shall be from 20 to 25 Nm.
