  • Page 7 Step 1: CABLE WINCH INSTALLATION: 1. ALIGN THE THREE HOLES IN THE BOTTOM OF THE CABLE WINCH WITH THE THREE HOLES IN THE WINCH MOUNT BRACKET. SLIP ONE FLAT WASHER OVER EACH OF THE THREE PROVIDED 3/8” X 1” BOLTS AND INSERT THROUGH THE HOLES. SECURELY FASTEN USING THE ACCOMPANYING HARDWARE.

WITH THE THIMBLE END OF THE CABLE INHAND, FEED THE CABLE BEHIND THE TRACK MOUNT PULLEY ASSEMBLY AND DOWN TO THE ROLLER CARRIAGE. LAY THE CABLE FLAT IN BETWEEN THE EARS OF THE RETURN PULLEY SWIVEL BRACKET SO THE THIMBLE END OF THE CABLE IS STICKING OUT OF THE RIGHT SIDE OF THE BRACKET.

ONCE AGAIN, WITH THE THIMBLE END OF THE CABLE INHAND, PULL THE CABLE BACK TO THE ROLLER CARRIAGE AND INSERT THE THIMBLE BETWEEN THE EARS OF THE RETURN PULLEY SWIVEL BRACKET. ALIGN THE THIMBLE TO ALLOW A BOLT TO PASS THROUGH THE SMALLER DIAMETER HOLE IN THE EARS AND THROUGH THE CENTER OF THE THIMBLE.

USING THE DOCK/SEAWALL MOUNTING BRACKET, MOUNT THE BRACKET TO THE SURFACE (HARDWARE NOT SUPPLIED) SO THE FACE OF THE VERTICAL PLATE (PLATE WITH SIX HOLES) IS FLUSH TO THE VERTICAL FACE OF THE MOUNTING SURFACE AND THE TRIANGULAR GUSSETS ARE ON TOP OF THE MOUNTING SURFACE.
  • Page 20 Step 5-1: TRACK MOUNTING & INSTALLATION: 3. USING ONE OF THE TWO SUPPLIED Z-TABS, ALIGN THE HOLES IN THE BRACKET WITH THE HOLES IN THE Z-TAB CAPTURING THE FLANGE OF THE TRACK. SLIP ONE FLAT WASHER OVER EACH OF THE THREE SUPPLIED 3/8” X 1-1/2” BOLTS, INSERT INTO THE HOLES AND LOOSELY FASTEN ACCOMPANYING HARDWARE TO ALLOW FOR ADJUSTMENT.

WITH THE TRACK AND ROLLER CARRIAGE ASSEMBLY NOW SECURELY MOUNTED IN PLACE, CRANK THE WINCH HANDLE IN A CLOCKWISE ROTATION UNTIL THE ROLLER CARRIAGE HAS RISEN TO THE DESIRED HEIGHT. (SOME GUIDING OF THE CABLE WITH YOUR HAND MAY BE REQUIRED TO PREVENT CROSSOVER FOR THE INITIAL SPOOLING PROCESS).

  • Page 23 Step 7: CRADLE ARM INSTALLATION: 1. TAKE ONE OF THE TWO PROVIDED CRADLE ARMS AND SLIDE IT OVER EITHER SIDE OF THE SUPPORT TUBES PROTRUDING OUTWARD FROM THE ROLLER CARRIAGE ASSEMBLY. (ORIENTATION IS A NON-FACTOR AS CRADLE ARMS ARE AMBIDEXTROUS). ALIGN THE HOLES IN THE CRADLE ARM TUBE WITH THE HOLES IN THE SUPPORT TUBES.

  • Page 25 Step 8: BUNK INSTALLATION: 1. LOCATE THE EIGHT BUNK BRACKETS AND PAIR THEM TOGETHER, ONE LEFTHAND BRACKET WITH ONE RIGHTHAND. POSITION THE BRACKETS SO THAT THE SIDES WITH TWO HOLES ARE FACING ONE ANOTHER AND THE SIDES WITH ONE HOLE ARE FACING AWAY FROM ONE ANOTHER.
  • Page 26 Step 8-1: BUNK INSTALLATION CONTINUED: 3. NEXT, SPREAD THE BRACKETS APART AND ALIGN THE HOLES IN THE OPPOSING LEG WITH THE PREDRILLED HOLES ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE BUNKS. (“OUTSIDE” IS THE TALLER SIDE OF THE BUNK). USING THE SUPPLIED 3/8” X 4” BOLTS AND HARDWARE, SLIP ONE FLATWASHER OVER EACH BOLT, INSERT THROUGH THE BRACKET, THEN THE BUNK AND SECURELY FASTEN WITH THE ACCOMPANYING HARDWARE.

WITH THE CRADLE ARMS SECURELY MOUNTED IN PLACE, ATTACH THE BUNKS TO THE ARMS BY SLIPING THE BRACKETS OVER THE ARMS, ALLOWING THE BOTTOM OF THE BUNKS TO REST ON THE ARMS. 5. POSITION THE BUNKS PER THE MANUFACTURER SPECIFICATIONS. ONCE BUNKS ARE IN POSITION, SLIP ONE FLAT WASHER OVER EACH OF THE REMAINING 3/8”...

    D. Damage which is caused by improper product selection, improper installation, failure to follow applicable installation and maintenance recommendations, or failure to follow applicable instructions or warnings is not covered by this limited warranty. E. All routine maintenance and periodic service is the Owner’s responsibility and is not covered by this limited warranty.

    5. WARRANTY LIMITATIONS A. The Owner’s remedies under thus limited warranty are limited exclusively to repair or replacement of components, which fail due to manufacturer’s defects in materials or workmanship during normal operations. B. The Company shall not be responsible for incidental or consequential damages, included, but not limited to, damages to property, loss of use, lost profits, or expenses for inconvenience.
