KNIFE REPLACEMENT
Remove the Head Cover (1). Pinch the front of cover and rotate down to remove. Remove the E-Clips (2) on the
non-motor side only. Push the 2 pins (3) down far enough to allow the linkage (4) to swing out. Remove the
knife (5).
Apply a film of grease to the new knife and pins and reassemble, using new E-clips if needed.
Replacement Knife Kit Part Number: H80935
Note: The cutter knife has only one
cutting edge. This edge must be properly
oriented as shown when installing.
Important:
Prior to any maintenance or disassembly,
be sure to disconnect all power sources
to the tool and discharge pressurized air
from the air system.
