Basic Operations
The basic operations for receiving and reading a message are shown below:
To Receive a Multimedia Message or Video Message

2 Download the contents of the

1 Start the message function
2 Display Inbox
3 Select the notification message
4 Receive the contents of the
Multimedia message or
Video message
Message
Do this
When you receive a Multimedia message or Video message,
the MMS centre sends you a notification message. When the
notification message is received, it will be displayed as a pop-
up message.
For Auto Receive setting (default):
The contents of the Multimedia message or Video message is
downloaded automatically from the MMS centre.
For Manual Receive setting:
Press the SK1 (Receive) key to download the contents of the
Multimedia message or Video message, or press the SK2
(Cancel) key to receive the contents later. (Refer to To
Receive a Multimedia message or Video message Manually
for details.) If cancelled, the notification message will be saved
in the Inbox.
Do this
Press the SK1 (Message) key, or press the MENU key and
select Message.
On Message displayed, select Inbox.
Move the highlight to the notification message and press the
Enter key.
Press the SK1 (Receive) key.
The contents will be downloaded from the MMS centre.
