INTRODUCTION Ball Float Steam Trap Model DF1-21 is equipped with a membrane capsule(“Dia-Thermo”) Ball Float Steam Trap Model DF1-21 is equipped with a membrane capsule(“Dia-Thermo”) Balanced pressure thermostatic steam trap Model DF1-21 is equipped with a membrane and can be used up-to an operating pressure of 2.1 MPa.

INSTALLATIONS 1) Install the trap according to the direction of the arrow on the body which indicates the direction of flow. 2) This steam trap can be installed either horizontally and vertically 3) Make an adequate incline (about 1 degree) in the direction of the flow. 4) Do not thermal insulate the trap itself.

    5. MAINTENANCE Bolt 1. Untightten the Bolt(9) of the Cover(2)and remove the Cover(2). Cover Now The “Dia-Thermo”- Element(3) can be taken out. 2. Untighten the Valve Seat(4) and unscrew it.Take the Stop Spring Valve Seat(4), the Seeat Gasket(7),and the Screen(6) out.
