4 SERVICE AND SHELF LIFE, WARRANTY

4.1 The manufacturer guarantees the compliance of the BA-BLE Devices with the Technical
Requirements ТЕМГ.422133.001 ТУ provided that the customer complies with the storage,
transportation and use requirements stated in Device's Datasheet and User Manual (art. 2.1).
4.2. Service and shelf life is 3 years after the Device is delivered to the customer. Over the course
of the device's service life, the manufacturer is obliged to repair or replace the Device without any
additional payment. In such case, the warranty terms stated in the Datasheet and/or User Manual of
the Device shall not be changed, edited or modified.
4.3 If any defect is found, contact the manufacturer. The warranty does not cover defects
caused by failure to meet the operation, storage and transportation requirements. The warranty terms
do not include the cases when the device gets damaged or destroyed because of:

Force majeure, accidents and natural disasters
−
Improper use, storage or transportation of the device in violation of the requirements
indicated in the device's datasheet and/or user manual
−
Violation of the requirements indicated in the device's datasheet and/or user manual,
negligence during the installation or use of the device
−
Violation of the operation safety requirements relevant to the unit on which the sensor
is installed for example provoking tension surges in the electric system of a vehicle
4.4 Upon the expiry of the warranty period, any repair and/or maintenance works can be
executed by the manufacturer in accordance with an additional agreement signed by the manufacturer
and the customer separately.
4.5 The manufacturer reserves the right to make changes in the product's design and in its
scope of delivery without prior notice to the customer.
