Total fuel reading and averaged temperature reading of all TD-BLE sensors in different tanks

This format/mode allows for the BA-BLE to calculate the total fuel reading reported by 2 or more
TD-BLE sensors installed in different tanks.
The temperature readings of the TD-BLE is averaged.
The data of any other sensor that is not a TD-BLE is ignored.
This mode can be used if there is only one TD-BLE connected.

The fuel readings of the 2 sensors above are added up and the temperature is averaged. The data output
in ASCII is displayed on the Figure 31.
The value of the N parameter is 2A4 in HEX or 676 in DEC.
