Acquire the F/B Scanner (EPP) Dialog Box

To Scan an Image

Open the host application's File menu and click the Acquire
command. (In some software programs the Acquire command will
appear in a submenu under the Import command.) The F/B
Scanner (EPP) dialog box will appear.
The F/B Scanner (EPP) dialog box is where you set up your scanner
and perform the scanning and enhancement functions. Setting up
your scanner involves adjusting the image size, scan mode, and
scanning resolution.

The steps to follow when scanning are:
1. Prescan the image.
2. Set the desired scan image size.
3. Select the desired scan mode.
4. Select the desired resolution.
5. Click Scan.
