Electronic Cycle Tapes/Printouts
Electronic cycle tapes and optional paper printouts record useful information
about each cycle the Processor runs. Cycle tapes include key data:
• cycle name
• date
• time the cycle was started (inflate seal)
• accumulative cycle count
• serial number of the Processor
• "Load" Operator ID, name or codes of the person starting the cycle
• various inputted ID names or codes
• min/max exposure temperatures
• concentration (units of conductivity of use dilution)
• exposure time duration
• fill time
• inlet temperature
• time the cycle was completed
• total cycle time
• "Unload" Operator ID, name or code of the person unloading the Processor
• time the lid was unsealed and opened
• remaining life of the MaxLife water filter (if 5 days or less)
Cycle tapes from aborted/cancelled cycles and alarms provide the reason for
the cancellation or alarm.
Diagnostic Cycle tapes indicate whether it passed or failed. If there was a failure,
it details the reason for the failure.
If the Operator ID, Physician ID, Device ID, Procedure ID, and/or Case ID options
are enabled, the cycle tape will also include the names or codes for these options.
If the Operator ID is disabled, a blank line will be printed on the optional paper
printout for manual entry.
