- Page 3 Preparing And Mounting The Amp: Take the amp out of its box and the “RG4CH-AA” plate out of its box. The older NCA 450-AA amp, and REV 450-AA amp that came in this kit mount identically. The NCA version is shown in the images below. Step #1: Turn the amp over and remove the 4 screws on the power connector...
- Page 4 Note: install time will be cut down if another wire if “fished” through from the opening side into the fairing, taped to the Hogtunes wires, and pulled through. Step #2: Loosen the tanks “chrome console” and run wires up and over the gas tank, but under the tanks chrome console.
- Page 5 Step #4: Plug the factory rear speaker wires into the male connectors of the amp harness. Take a Hogtunes rear speaker (model 352R-AA) and plug the female connectors of the amp harness onto the speaker. Repeat this step using wires on the other side of the bike. NOTE: The factory rear speaker wires do not have insulators on them.
