Duplicate the problem. Once a problem occurs, try to restart your hardware
and software from the beginning and see if the problem happens again. If a
problem is intermittent, finding it may be difficult because there may be more
than one cause and, consequently, more than one solution.

Contact the dealer who sold you the equipment. Your dealer may be able to
provide the assistance you need.

Our technicians often need to ask you to perform certain functions while on the
phone.

n the event that you need to return a product, you will need to obtain a Return
Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Equipment returned without a
RMA number will not be accepted.
