3. Maintenance of Controller (In case of TSL3100)
3.1
Cautions on Maintenance and Inspection
When performing maintenance and inspection of the controller, follow the items given
below so that the work can be carried out safely.
•
If the power is kept turned on, the servo power printed board, servo printed board
and switching power supply are electrostatically charged. To avoid electric
shock, be sure to remove the power plug before you start your work.
•
To remove the cover of the controller for maintenance and inspection, be sure to
remove the controller power plug before you start your work.
Also, turn off the power breaker when connecting or disconnecting the power
cable.
•
For two minutes after you have removed the power plug, do not touch the servo
driver. The large-capacity capacitor in the servo driver may be charged with
voltage, and touching the servo driver could lead to electric shocks.
•
DO NOT disconnect the battery connector at other than battery replacement.
Otherwise, files saved in the memory may be lost.
