7.2 Cleaning the grill plate
and accessories
1. Clean the grill plate|1, raclette pans|9
and wooden spatula|10 in warm water
by hand.
2. If heavily soiled, leave parts to soak in
warm water for about 20 – 30 minutes.
You could add a few drops of mild
washing-up liquid.
3. Carefully dry all parts after cleaning.
