The sandblasting cabinet may only be set up and opera-
ted in dry, well-ventilated rooms.It must be set up stable
on a level and firm ground.
It is important to ensure that there is enough freedom of
movement and sufficient lighting to work.
Use protective gloves!

Injuries to hands and fingers may result from
improper use of the sandblasting cabin.
- Pay attention to stable supports and support de-
vices.

7.1 Assembly

The sandblasting cabinet must be mounted as shown in
the Fig. 3 bzw. Fig. 8.
Step 1:
Remove all loose parts and the grille from the
inside of the sandblasting cabin housing.
Step 2:
Put the housing on its side.
Step 3:
Screw the four feet to the housing with the en-
closed screws (M8x20), spacers and nuts.
Step 4:
Put the sandblasting cabin on its feet.
Step 5:
Mount the compressed air connection with
valve and manometer with the enclosed
screws, spacers and nuts on the left front pillar
of the cab.
Step 6:
Place the pedal between the front feet and
connect the leads.
Step 7:
Insert the inspection window on the cabin top.
Step 8:
Secure the lights to the cabin top with four en-
closed screws, spacers and nuts.
Step 9:
Screw the exhaust system to the rear of the
cab. Insert motor and filter at the top of the ex-
traction system housing.
Remove the hood cover on the cab, insert the

pipe and seal with sealant. Then fix the cover
with the suction tube again.
Step 10: Tighten all screws and nuts.
Step 11: Insert the shelf in the cabin and lay the
lines through the opening to the top.
Step 12: Connect the electric cable of the suction device
with the socket of lighting and the plug of the
lighting with the power supply.
Step 13: The abrasive fill in the funnel of the sandblast
booth through the filing grid.

Electrical connection

DANGER!
Danger to life by electric current!
There is an immediate danger of electrocution on
contact with live components.
- Work on the electrical system only by electricians.
ATTENTION!
The sand blasting cabin must have a good groun-
ding to avoid static electricity and sparking.
Step1:
Check if the mains voltage corresponds to the
voltage indicated on the nameplate.
Step 2: Ensure a good grounding of the sand blasting
cabin..

Step 3:
Connect the power cord to the mains.
