10 Disposal, recycling of used devices
In your own interests and in the interests of the environ-
ment, please ensure that all components of the equip-
ment are disposed of in the proper and authorized way.
10.1 Decommission
Disused devices must be taken out of service immedi-
ately in order to avoid later misuse and endangering the
environment or people.
Step 1:
Remove all environmentally hazardous fluids
from the old unit.
Step 2:
If necessary, dismantle the devices into mana-
geable and usable assemblies and compo-
nents.
Step 3:
The device components and operating materi-
als must be routed to the appropriate disposal
routes.
10.2 Disposal of lubricants
Remove any escaping, used or excess grease from the
lubricated lubrication points.
The disposal instructions for the lubricants used are pro-
vided by the lubricant manufacturer. If necessary, ask for

Possible Cause
1. Nozzle clogged
2. Venting on blasting jar blocked
3. Air pipe blocked on the material in-
take hose
4. Too humid air
5. Line leaking
1. Compressed air line clogged or
with insufficient cross section
2. Compressed air line too long
The use of incorrect or faulty replacement parts can
be dangerous to the operator and cause damage and
malfunction.
- Only original spare parts from the manufacturer or
replacement parts approved by the manufacturer
must be used.
- In case of doubt, always contact the manufacturer.
Using non-approved spare parts avoids the manu-
facturer's warranty.
Remedy
1. Clean or replace the nozzle.
2.Clean the breather
3. Clean or replace the air tube
4. Insert water separator
5. Replace line
1. Clean line or replace with larger
line.
2. Lay the cable shorter
