Vibrator oil change
1. To change the vibrator oil, remove the drain plug at the bottom
right of the vibrator (Figure 5) and simply tilt the vibrator to drain
the oil. Note that the oil will drain more easily if it is hot.
Remember to use only 10W-30 engine oil to replace the vibrating
oil.
Air filter
1. The air filter needs to be cleaned because a clogged air filter
can cause the engine to start improperly, lack of power and a
significant reduction in engine life.
2. To clean or replace the air filter, loosen the wing nut on the air

6. Gradually move to the OPEN position when the
engine starts to heat up.

ATTENTION :
NEVER try to check the belt while the engine
is running. Serious injury can occur if your
hands (Figure 6) get caught between the belt
and the clutch. Always wear safety gloves.
Checking and replacing the belt and
clutch
1. After 200 hours of operation, remove the
top cover of the belt to check the belt tension.
The tension is correct if the belt drops about
10 mm when the finger is pressed firmly
between the shafts. Relaxed or worn belts
reduce
the
transmission, resulting in low compaction
and reducing the life of the belt itself.
