27) 27) REPLACEMENT OF ELEMENT IN HYDRAULIC REPLACEMENT OF ELEMENT IN HYDRAULIC
TANK BREATHER TANK BREATHER
(1) Loosen the cap and relieve the pressure in the
tank by pushing the top of the air breather.
Loosen the lock nut and remove the cover.
(2)
(3) Pull out the filter element.
(4) Replace the filter element new one.
Reassemble by reverse order of disassembly.
(5)
·Tightening torque : 1.05 ±0.21 kgf·m
28) 28) REPLACE OF PILOT LINE FILTER REPLACE OF PILOT LINE FILTER
(1) Loosen the bowl positioned on the safety valve.
(2) Pull out the filter element and clean the bowl.
(3) Install the new element and tighten the bowl
using spanner.
·Spanner size : 27 mm
28-1) 28-1) REPLACE OF PRESSURE FILTER REPLACE OF PRESSURE FILTER
(1) Loosen the pressure filter.
(2) Install the new filter and tighten.
29) 29) LUBRICATE RCV LEVER LUBRICATE RCV LEVER
Remove bellows and grease the joint (A) and the
sliding parts (B).
(7.6±1.5 lbf·ft)
