Other functions

3.10.1 Setting the swing function

NOTICE
If the louvres remain at the lowest position during cooling mode for an
extended period, condensate may form. Adjusting the louvres by hand
may cause faults.
▶ Only use the remote control to adjust the louvres.
Vertical Swing mode
▶ Press the
button to set the desired airflow direction.
The adjustment possibility of the combustion air supply depends on the
operation mode selected:
• In cooling mode, the combustion air supply can also be directed to
the ceiling.
• In heating mode on the other hand, the combustion air supply can be
selected for the underfloor
• Automatic mode does not allow any flow settings to the ceiling or
underfloor.
The setting AUTO has the following behaviour:
• Cooling mode: the airflow direction will be set obliquely downward,
and then shifted to horizontal or obliquely upward to direct cool air at
the ceiling.
• Heating mode: the airflow direction will be set obliquely upward
when the extract air temperature is low, then shifts to obliquely
downward when the extract air becomes hot.
Horizontal Swing mode
▶ Press the
button to set the desired airflow direction.

3.10.2 Spot airflow mode

The airflow louver can be adjusted such that the airflow can reach the
required area.
▶ Press the Spot key to adjust the required swing angle:

The spot airflow mode used with full power mode or plasmacluster mode
at the same time in order to concentrate the respective operating mode
to the required area.
▶ Press the Spot key when full power mode or plasmacluster mode is
active.
This mode is not available in automatic mode.

3.10.3 Timer operation

Set 1-2-3-5h off timer
When the 1-2-3-5h off timer is set, the unit will automatically turn off
after the set hours.

The remaining time will be indicated on the remote control in 1-hour
increments.
To cancel the timer:

The current clock time will be displayed on the remote control.
The 1-2-3-5h off timer has priority over the off/on timer. If the 1-2-3-5h
off timer is set while the unit is not operating, the unit will start operating
and stop after the set period of time.
Set off timer

The orange timer lamp
When the off timer is set, the temperature setting is automatically
adjusted to prevent the room from becoming excessively warm or cool,
for example while you sleep (auto sleep function).
In cooling mode:
• One hour after the time operation begins, the temperature setting
rises 1 °C higher than the original temperature setting.
In heating mode:
• One hour after the timer operation begins, the temperature setting
drops 3 °C lower than the original temperature setting.
